Right of Withdrawal & Return Window (14 Days)

In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return your item within 14 days from the date of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees (unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect).
• Restocking Fee: 0% (we do not charge any restocking or administrative fees for returns).

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before the item has been fulfilled/shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled, you will need to wait until you receive the package and then initiate a standard return within the 14-day window.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@mazamytech.com. We will provide you with step-by-step instructions and the correct return shipping address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Defects, and Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@mazamytech.com so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a free replacement or solution.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

• Personal care, beauty, or massager devices that have been unsealed or used after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 to 14 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
